We are a small business and understand that you might not be satisfied with your purchase. Please remember that we are not Amazon. We are a small independent maker. Because of this, we are not able to provide shipping refunds. We are happy to accept a return if you are truly unhappy with your items, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns/ Refunds
Please note: Original shipping fees are non refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label which will be deducted from your return amount. An email with the return shipping amount will be emailed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
